There is a great deal to admire about this image. The positioning of the two heads is perfect, the woman looks relaxed and happy and there appears to be an emotional as well as a physical connection between the two. The setting works and the garland of flowers compliments the meadow flowers. Depth of field is perfect, nice and shallow to emphasise the subjects, and I like the space behind and in front of them which gives a sense of isolation and peace. The horse's neck leads the viewer into the frame from the left. The only major thing I'd change is the amount of space on the right of the frame; while the foreground and background space is blurred, that on the right is distracting, and my eye keeps flitting out of the frame in that direction. I'd crop to about halfway between the woman's shoulder and the frame edge so the centre line runs vertically between her head and the horse's, possibly even a little further as the horse provides interest on the opposite of the picture. Overall, a photo with emotional impact, well executed.
